A pleasant stay at the Alvalade. Room was clean and there was good, friendly service from the staff. An enjoyable lunch.

In general, the hotel is up to the standard. I found the room service as well as the gym so good. I could not try the swimming pool as it is not conveniently placed as well as it is too small. My main concern was on the front line receptionists which are not professional at all. They are not reading at each other and there is no one to make a decision or to talk to. I even sent an email to ask for the manager and no response was received. There is a need to really improve on this part. Otherwise, the hotel is good.

Clean decent rooms. Good food and great location in the heart of the city. Friendly staff is always available to attend to your needs. I had a great stay!
