I drove halfway across the city to get here. Took a couple minutes extra because Google maps puts them in the business building.. They aren't. So after finally finding the office in the mall, I had 10 minutes to spare before they closed. I was "greated" at the door by an obviously very rushed security guard who informed me that they were closed. I asked him what time it closed (because it I dnt posted ANYWHERE) and he told me 4:30... It was 4:20 so I asked what I was missing... Then got told to come back the next day when they reopened. They apparently couldn't even set me up an appointment. So I just drove for an hour for absolutely no reason. Horrible service. Got told to go home because they wanted to close early.
