This is indeed the best places for Congolese food. i ate a big fish with two others person and it was delicious. The service is a bit slow and the person serving us was not polite. but beside that it was great.

This is one of the few places in kinshasa where you eat real local food. Note that Flore serves a LOT of food portions. So order 1 portion for 2 people, otherwise ask for take away if there is remaining food.
