Ok, yes, in response to one of the reviews, there is no air conditioning. In spite of that I am still giving a 5 star review because a day or so into my trip, the air conditioning wasn't as much of an issue and truth be told, the fresh air is much more conducive to our health. I was there for 8 days and 7 out of the 8 days I was having dental procedures. I would leave at 9 or 10 in the morning and not return until after 7 each day and all my time was at the dentist or the smoothie place. It was a grueling week and I have major surgery. Still, the no air conditioning didn't seem to be an issue. Both of the women who are the hosts are very accommodating.I needed some special food supplies for smoothies and such and they actually when out to the store to pick them up for me. They were also able to connect me with additional medical & alternative professionals and appointments to aid in my process and healing. As I write this I am preparing to return for more dental "fun" and I am staying her again. Very comfortable accommodations, accommodating hosts and close enough to walk to where the hospital and many of the doctors are. I definitely recommend.

No air conditioning. Should advise people before they book especially if you don't know about their medical conditions.

We made two pleasant stays at the Casa Laurin where we appreciated the location, hospitality and quality accommodation.

We stayed in the two superior chambers that are carefully designed and equipped.

Ginette, and her replacement Ginette!, were a great source of information and they did everything to make our stay enjoyable.

We have no hesitation in recommending this establishment.
