Aviator Lounge

Mediocre is a generous word to describe the airport lounge. Small, crowded, uncomfortable seating, couldn't find an electrical outlet. Food was ok, fresh fruit and bread, some cheese and sliced meat. Nothing special in any way.

There's a reason why the lounge is as badly rated as it is. Was at the lounge this morning at 10.10 and flung agent 1211 to be uppity and rude. She challenged me to share my complaint as she was sure my feedback meant nothing. According to her ratings did not matter. She was more interested in knowing where I was from.

Crowded, noisy and very little variety in the food. This is definitely not the definition of a lounge

Mediocre lounge in all aspects. Always crowded, severe lack of power outlets, and little variation in the food and drinks selection. Not a pleasure to wait for your flight here.

Usually crowded and not relaxing. The beverage selection is not the best. The staff does a good job of staying invisible, which is good since they are not that service oriented.
