Termin erhalten von Egypt Sol Travel. Keiner anwesend. Kam, um meine Privatsachen abzuholen und Kündigung zu unterzeichnen, um dann als leitende Angestellte von einer Reinigungskraft überwacht und respektlos behandelt zu werden. Nicht das erste mal. Das nenne ich mal Respekt mir gegenüber. Gearbeitet, um das Unternehmen voran zu treiben, um dann so etwas zu erfahren. Herzlichsten Dank! Bitte um Unterstützung. Got appointment with Egypt Sol Travel today. No one attended, to finalize my resignation and documents to leave, but all I got was disrespect from an office boy, called Mohei, who placed himself on my desk and who followed my steps during collecting my private stuff together. Even brought all their belongings with me to handover. Mohei even started to speak unpolite to me, when I asked him to leave as I did not finished yet with the company all ongoing process. Nevertheless its not first time - GM, Ex-Operation Mgr. and previous Office Boy - thats the way they treat colleagues. Not only to me - several team members left due to facing such disrespect. You are working for to improve the business for the company and thats what you get for. By choosing such category of employees. An atmosphere to work for which is not bearable. Thanks for experience, thanks for lesson, thanks for learning to go my way.
