I had insurance contract with kayak(Allianz). In GUAM, somebody hit my car and run. When I returned it I found scratch and I went to police and got police report. Rent car company said that they are going to charge cost. I asked them e-mail but they did't give me. They said they will contact Kayak and Kayak will contact me. I came back last week and I haven't get any E-mail. Please solve this problem ASAP. You guys may know me.

My husband and I rented a car from them during our military move to the island while we were waiting for our vehicle to get to the island. The reason they even got one star is because how cheap you can get a rental for a week. When signing for the rental my husband and I were informed we could just call the local office to extend our rental since we are unsure when our vehicle would get here from the states. We extended the rental once over the phone. The next time I called to extend our rental for another week a gentleman answered the phone and he told me they do not extend rentals over the phone since you have to sign the credit card receipt. I informed him I had just last week extended my rental over the phone and did not have to sign anything. I proceeded to ask if the policy had changed within the past week he said yes and hung up the phone. So, my husband left work early to drive an hour in traffic to extend the rental car in which he was allowed to charge a card that was on file that's not in his name nor is he authorized to make charges on. They did not verify photo identification they did not ask for the card and most importantly they did not have him sign a receipt that I was told needed to happen in order to extend the rental. I also never gave verbal consent for them to charge that specific card or that someone would be in other than myself to charge the card.

DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
I booked my car and went there to pick it up. I brought my dad's credit card since I did not have mine for the payment of security deposit.
They said they could not accept a card under other name.

(And the problem started from here)
So, I asked them to take me back to the airport so I could book the other rental car. The manager said you would have to wait for the ride and she called her friend who is owning private car rental company saying she had a customer here for him to bring in. WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I said I was not sure if I was going to rent a car from that company and all she kept saying was that talk to my friend once he came
And she just tossed me to her friend who turned out that all the cars he owned was accidental cars for rentals.
It has been three weeks since this happened and I still could not even get my refund back.
PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF FROM NIGHTMARE!
