Had to rent from Payless for a business trip since they offer a super low rate.
Was not informed ahead of time that they are not located at the airport; be prepare to call for a shuttle.
When picked up, I was informed that they had overbooked and 8 people would be unable to get the cars that were supposed to be reserved for them.
Strong words and persistence led to getting the first car returned the next morning.
0/10, would not rent from them again.

Absolute shite. Firstly they at not at AB Won Pat airport. Called to find out how to get a shuttle and was informed that even though reservation was confirmed they had rented all their cars and left me with nothing. Would never recommend and would advise to use any other agency if possible. This is the second time I have tried Payless and the second time this has happened. Never again..

I reserved a car through Orbitz. I called the counter to arrange pick up the day I arrived and was informed that they did not have any cars. No attempt was made to make it right by payless. The gentlemen at the local desk told me there was nothing he could do. I called the corporate office reservation line but there was no help on the weekend. I ended up having to rent something last minute for double the price. UNSAT. I will update this if situation changes.

Best experience in renting a car ever. I thought we were getting the car at the airport as the website implied but, they, instead, picked us up and took us to their office, about 4 minutes away. The paperwork was a breeze and they even up-graded the vehicle to a SUV. We decided later that it was too much car for what we needed and went back and they traded vehicles with us. The car was almost new (less than 1000 miles) and suited our needs to a T. The staff at the office and the guys that picked us up and delivered us back to the airport couldn't have been nicer. We are going back this month and I will make my reservations with Payless even though there are cheaper places to get a rental car.
