Rooms are very modest. The hallway lights are very dim, which seems very mysterious. Decently priced and decent location. I do have to give thumbs up to their wifi. It was VERY dependable. At a whopping 2MB/second speed. Best part was it being free.

They have a complimentary water dispenser for cold/hot water in the lobby area, and a microwave.

On a different note, the owner is stern, and its really just understanding what's expected of you. It was only a matter of mutual understanding, and in the end, she was willing to work out the issues.

Terrible Hotel Experience. I know it's cheap so one doesn't expect a lot, but the owner roams the hallways and yells at guests. I would've paid $20 more and paid to stay somewhere else. Sketchy business practice. Walls are thin, bathrooms look unclean, and beds look bug-ridden. Stay at your own risk.

Worst hotel/inn ever..very expensive and get cheated on the rates but not worth it, there are other better hotels that are even cheaper or same price, but better customer service and environment. I had to pay extra $10dollars daily for my newborn baby without providing a baby crib because the hotel doesn't have any according to the old Korean lady "owner"and $5dollars each to & from the airport per person including my baby. She lied about the guest laundry machine not working. She is very prejudice she gave us one of her not so good room with no double lock on the main door; the bathroom door does not locked; and the bed not a descent one compared to other similar rooms. After 3 days of requesting for another room, we were transferred to another one with a better bed, but still the same problems with the locks. Room cleaning service is only upon request.The old Korean lady "the owner" and the old Korean man "owner's friend/husband or an employee only" are so very rude with worst customer service. They scolded visitors especially small chilldren and even during visiting hours they still complain about guests being too many. I didn't appreciate that old Korean man yelling from the front desk office at my relative just because the lobby sliding door keeps opening since she was standing in front of the door. I told him I didn't appreciate his yelling to my relative and he got mad and yelled back at me cushing and pointing directly in my eyes with his face so closed to mine. The room key has to be turned in every time you will step out. The management discriminates on your age, color and nationality. I strongly not recommending Harmon Loop Hotel/Inn to my friends, families and others.

WORST!!!! THE OWNER IS THE ASIAN LADY TRYING TO SCAM ME AND CHARGE ME EXTRA AND KICKING ME OUT LIKE I DIDNT PAY FOR MY ROOM AND I HAVE A NEWBORN BABY AS WELL!!! VERY RUDE AND HIGHLY DONT RECOMMED THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. NEXT TIME I SHOULD RECORD ON VIDEO HOW YOU TREAT YOUR GUESTS AND ALSO THE OTHER GUESTS THAT WERE ABOUT TO CHECK IN AS WELL. IF YOU WANT A CHEAPER NICE AND FRIENDLY HOTEL TRY THE GUAM AIRPORT HOTEL.
