The place has done a good job with the ambience but the rooms are quite small . Bathroom is too small, no extra towels or face towels. The bed is not too comfortable as you expect for the price you pay. Staff was not hospitable, the lady at the reception who received us was not welcoming or open to dialogue on information about the hotel. And in the morning we received the same treatment from other staff who were serving breakfast. Breakfast was okay. But No value for money.

It's a very good hotel. Clean. Has good and polite staff. The Wi-Fi is weak though. It doesn't work in the rooms

This is a boutique hotel that is so conviniently located in the business hub of Upper Hill District, Nairobi. They know how to take care of business travellers. Kudos.

It just needs a better breakfast menu and consistent room service. Otherwise​ pleasant staff and ample parking. Very close to the city centre.
