Stay for a night. Paid on Agoda in advance. But went there my double deluxe room was taken by other customer. No computer system to record booking, manually record on book.
Luckily there is still have single room available. Exchange 2 single rooms for us side by side. But not dare to sleep alone in KL. I & my sis choose 1 of the room to squeeze on a single bed. ( cannot refund if 1 take 1 room)
Cleanliness not dirty but dusty. Bed sheets doesn't change. Toilet ok. Aircon ok. Towel dirty.
Because near to HGH centre walk 10 min to reach so choose this hotel.
Safety quite ok as it's along main road.

Kindly suggest for girls who wish to stay in, pls notice about this issue.
This hotel was located in an area which a little bit complicated by many foreign,I'm nt suggest for girls who come here alone.

Facilities of room are quite danger,the ceremic tiles aldy pop out,but the staff juz left it as it were unsolved-able issue.

By the way,
It takes around 5minutes to reach HGH convention center with riding Uber or grabcar consider near and convenience.

The friendly n kind receptionist was the reason I mark it 2star .Otherwise I'm nt going to mark even one of it.

Hotel needs a lot of imorovement . I did not have a pleasant stay here .aircon was out , tv not working .
