More like 4&1/2 stars. The massage and Brazilian wax was awesome! This was my second time coming. The staff are wonderful and stay busy because they do good work. I didn't give 5 stars because the waiting area could use a good dusting & cleaning including the nail area shelving and removing some dying flowers by the windows and magazines. Small fixes for a great place.

My sister and I were there last week (25th and 27th Jan 2017). The service was amazing and the massage was 10/10 that we had to go back a second day for another massage and get our nails done!!! We were initially worried because the outside presentation wasn't what we expected but When they say don't judge a book by its cover it's true because it was the best decision to give it a go! The prices were half of what we were going to pay at le Meriden and totally worth it!

Professional and friendly.
My friend and I had a classic Thai massage today which we really loved.
The staff made us feel comfortable and the massage was the best treat for our vacation.
We will go back!
