Very old place inside the rooms old tv furniture, no water in the zink i have to brush my teeth while showering some times no hot water and expensive there is only one elevator very bad service QUALITY INN NEXT TO THIS PLACE IS EXCELLENT AND CHEAPER,, CONQUISTADOR HOTEL IS A VERY UGLY PLACE TOO ONLY ONE ELEVATOR MANY PEOPLE PREFER TO USE STAIRS AND EXPENSIVE

This is a very clean place. All employees are very polite and very helpful. I will always come back here.

Its clean, breakfast is good, has laundry room, staff is friendly, close to American consulate. Clinics, mall, and restaurants. The only thing was the elevator, it would break a lot.

Your better off bringing your own transportation. There is parking. You can go eat anywhere that way and explore. Its cheaper and a lot better. Mala companias buffet is very cheap and really good! Its 2 miles straight from hotel. The workers here are good especially house keeping. They are really nice and respectful.

This hotel is HORRIBLE... First off the overpriced taxi catfished me into this "5-star" hotel. The staff are EXTREMELY RUDE. The prices are okay. So I wouldn't stay in this hotel because people died in that hotel. Gosh I want my money back.
