MY SECOND TIME HEAR !!! THE ROOMS THE SERVICE THE FOOD !!! I LOVE THE PEOPLE HEAR VERY CARING & RESPECTFUL !!! QUALITY INN YOU KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK !!! I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL !!! LOVE & RESPECT TO ALL !!! RAIDER 4 LIFE !!!

In great location from consulate, clean, staff is very occomadating and friendly. Food is very good. The only thing my husband and I had an issue with is, we had to call front desk for the iron so we could iron our clothes. There is not one provided in the rooms.
Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality and help. Your smiles and kindness is much appreciated. Especially in a time when it’s very stressful for your guests, being that most are probably down there to go to the consulate. God bless you all.

The hotel is well placed in the city (next to the mall and the US ambassy). Rooms are clean and there is wifi. The only downside i have found is that the choice of breakfast is not that big.

Walking distance from the consulado. Everyone is friendly, we had to extend our stay last minute and unfortunately we had to go to a different hotel because they were booked. Either way they were very professional and friendly. And baby friendly is a plus. I will definitely stay here again when I come vacationing with my family.

Walking distance from US Consulate, beautiful pool, friendly staff all around, free breakfast, free shuttle, and everyone is extremely helpful. Rooms are very small the attention and service provided by its employees will definitely make me a returning cudtomer .

Alan (Bell Boy): Extrenely helpful, goes above and beyond the call of duty to help out wherever possible.

Paulina & Martita (Ladies @ Breakfast Station): Super friendly. Always had a welcoming and kind smile each morning. Always ready to assist even before asking. Simply outstanding!

Elena (Cleaning Lady): Having kids in the room there will always be a mess however, Elena always made it all go away just as the fist day we walked in; Super Clean.
