Yala PeakClimbing trek offers Climbing experience to trekkers in addition to simply hiking. Located 19 miles north of Kathmandu in the picturesque Langtang region of Nepal, YalaPeak is categorized as a trekking Peak by the Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA). In case you don’t know, trekking peaks refer to those mountains considered climbable by anyone with some mountaineering skills. YalaPeakClimbing is relatively easy, non-technical climb and can be accomplished with some Climbing skills without prior experience of mountaineering. Reaching to the summit of YalaPeak (5, 500m) which is famous as a great vantage point is a lifetime experience from where you admire breathtaking views of Shishapangma (8, 027m), the 14th highest Peak in the world and other peaks including Langtang Lirung to the west, Langshisa Ri to the east, Yansa Tsenji and Morimoto Peak.

You begin your trek to reach the base camp of YalaPeak passing through lush forest and local settlements. After you are given necessary Climbing skills, you have an adventurous time Climbing to reach the summit of YalaPeak. You feel euphoric to reach the summit and you get fascinated by the Himalayan views from there. After having a great time on the summit, you descend down to reach the base camp and follow usual route back to Kathmandu from where you can leave us for your onward destination. Spring (mid-March to May) and autumn (mid-September to November) are considered best times for YalaPeakClimbing considering weather. If winter is suitable for you, then you can still make it when the weather is cold and the route is non-crowded.
