Manicure and Pedicure? Terrible. Laser? Incompetent. This business could be so much more but they apparently hire amateurs and it is obviously mismanaged. I had a gel mani and a regular pedi- an extremely low quality gel was used, which didn't incorporate a base coat and a top coat, because its supposedly "three in one", but lo and behold, it chipped within 3 days- that misses the whole point of doing an expensive color gel manicure vs a regular one. Plus there is no easy way to figure out which gel color to use because they don't have their gel out on a shelf- its all in a box and some gel colors are in the wrongly labelled container. The floor was dirty when I came in, and looked like someone had begun to sweep it and just left it part way with a broom and a mess in the middle somewhere- which stayed like that the whole couple of hours that I was there. The woman doing my pedicure said they ran out of slippers- instead of taking the initiative or having the basic business sense and professionalism of sending one of the idle people there in an empty place to buy slippers she just assumed that after I have my feet washed with the pedicure that I'd be ok walking barefoot on their dirty floor- and she says it to me like its not a big deal. When I complain then she says she will give me her own used slippers- gross. I almost consider leaving, but I'm new back in the country and didn't know my other options, so I press on. When I ask if there is a place to buy slippers she says no then i have to press her and say oh so in ALLLL of Nigeria there is no place to buy slippers right now. Then finally after my insistence someone else with more brains says they will send one of the idle guys there to go buy me some slippers with money I provide them while I start my pedicure. I still had to wear her gross slippers at a point, before my bought slippers got there. And then during the process of getting my manicure and pedicure done, this woman keeps painting my skin on the periphery of my nail without thinking its necessary to clean it up- like an amateur. I might as well have done it myself, and I definitely never will go back there for a manicure or pedicure. So after this happens, of course whenever anyone recommends BNatural for anything I'm like nah I'm good- look at the terrible experience I had there. So I was looking for a place to do laser hair removal. I kept seeing BNatural as a google search result in Abuja and I called everywhere else that I could find. After calling one more other place and not finding exactly what I'm looking for, I finally give in and decide to give BNatural one more chance. I go in there, get a consultation for a laser, two women are talking to me, they seem professional, they are telling me there may be a promotion but they have to find out and that they will call me the same day to tell me all about it. I confirm several times that they will call me that same day- they say yes. I tell them I'm ready to start these laser sessions, and I'm even ok paying in dollars if necessary since their price is in dollars. I tell them I will book the appointment with them when they call me to let me know about the promotion that same day. They say yes, we are all in agreement, they reassure me more than once they will find out and get back to me and I'll book the appointment at that time. Lo and behold, they never call back- not that day, not ever. I even tried to call at one point but apparently BNatural doesn't even have a phone number to reach its own madam. It would be funny if it weren't so PATHETIC for a business- that someone is practically ready to throw their money at you and you are too stupidly disorganized to maximize the outcome of that situation. I decided not to do my laser with them anymore- because laser is a serious procedure and I need to have that done with a serious company- a company that cant even complete basic operations is a company that will likely come and burn your skin with laser because they just don't know what the heck they are doing even with simple tasks like follow up. Ugh.
