Friendly professional and helpful staff. Excellent customer service. Great low cost deals on weekly travel cards to move around the city and region etc. by bus, train and ferry.

Worst public transport company ever in Trondheim. 50 kr for a ticket is insane. The busses are almost always late, the information screens are not synchronised (many times during the day they go black), and their schedule during summertime is poor. Some people still have to go to work even when the schools are done for the season. I hope ATB's contract will not be renewed.

Lost my wallet in the bus and run directly to their to so called service station, but unfortunately it was 17:05. I wanted to get information from them how to contact the driver. The clerks still were inside behind the counters but they didn't want to listen, even didn't open the doors, behave in a rude way. I wish to all 3 of this jerks to loose their wallets in foreign country and get the same "service". It's not about working hours, its just about to be humans.

p.s. The wallet finally was found and returned in bus company "lost & found". Thouht it doesn't relate to those clerks who works for AtB which is a kind of union of different bus companies.

In the summer time when the students are gone there are no waiting lines. The service was great. During peak time waiting lines can be very long.
