The staff are all so nice and helpful. They have helped me with transport, what to see and just seem interested in how my stay is.

Terrible experience! Well the hotel booked the wrong bed size gave me two double beds instead of one queen size, you can't control the ac temperature. When you change the temp, it moves by "0.1" C literally! And you have to wait 3 mins every "0.1" C so might as well not charge it at all. There is no elevator, breakfast is basic and the same every morning and there is no elevator. The hotel is not in a good location the area is industrial and 20 mins away from city center. I tried to move out after 1 hour from seeing the room but the staff refused. I offered to stay for the first night then cancel the rest to go elsewhere, they basically said I will lose all the money for the 4 nights anyways if I do that. I was forced to stay and felt uncomfortable. They blamed the reservation system but as a guest it is not my problem and the experience was awful! It's best to pay more and get a decent hotel or pay less and stay in hostel. This hotel is simply not worth it al all!! They didn't care and only wanted to collect the money.

Very nice hotel in the center of Belgrade. Rooms are clean with air conditions. Strongly recomended.
