Horrible place. The photos hide the derelict location and low quality rooms. The management lied when I cancelled my reservation. The 4 star status is corrupt.

this place is awful, clearly the 5star reviews are fake.
There's no AC, it's in a terrible location and the bathroom is gross. Friendly staff however.

The bathroom is awful. It seems that I am in Saratov (Russia) and not in 4 star hotel. The bathroom is just a wash bawl ( 1 meter x 1 meter) without walls or doors ( all water is falling on the floor). The room has a high humidity and has some fungus spots on the walls. No air conditioner. Dust on shelves, trash lying on some hard accessible places. 3 star hotels in Bosnia were much better.
Nevertheless, the room is large, good for training at home.

It seems like someone changed his mind in last second and decided that this building should be a hotel.
Four stars???? I would like to see categorization documents for this hotel! More like 3 stars hotel.
Rooms are clean but the smell...
