Great experience!!!!

We (4friends) rented a car quite short term - asking in the hyatt hotel (did not stay there, just had coffee)
They arranged everything with first car rental

We also took a driver - Abuu drove very well and super save. He was extremely reliable and is a very fun and sympathic person to hang out with.

We started in dar es salaam stopped 1 night in pangani - 2 nights in lushoto and then returned the car in arusha

VERY VERY BAD, STAY AWAY!!! they made us miss our flight by holding us back and now refuse to pay for the charges. trying to get our money back since 7 months!!! also A LOT OF HIDDEN CHARGES

BE CAREFUL! THEY WILL CHEAT ON YOU! they put clauses into the contract and made me sign it, when I was back, I suddenly was supposed to pay WAY more than agreed. Made me stay and did not let me go, made me miss my flight, they don't speak English! STAY AWAY!!! moreover: they were not there for pick-up (someone else had to call them so that they came), they were not there for return (again, someone had to call them so they came 30 minutes later). The car itself was dirty inside and made weird sounds when accelerating up to 100 KMH. my lawyer is on it!
