Is the only place that is populated with University of Dar es salaam students. Food is available 24 hours in surrounding areas, transport is available easily, there's bus service for students from and to Mwalimu JK Nyerere Campus, accomodates both male and female, there's bank services CRDB and NBC, water supply, stationery services and Soft drinks cafes, the hostel don't have facilities to support disabled people and available Internet connection offered is not something that one may wish to depend on,

Fairly good residence but open to improvement, especially, of the water system.

Nice community for students...for outsiders you will get ATMS, restaurant, soccer pitch and basketball court.
