The saving grace for the hotel was the staff and pool. They are the reason this hotel is getting a 3 star rather than a 2. The room was dirty; the walls and doors needed to be wiped down. There were holes in the walls and scratches on the table. The power went out from using the hairdryer provided by the hotel. The staff had to climb on a chair and onto the table in the closet to reach the box to fix it. The wifi was horrible; it constantly logged you out and only allowed two devices. They required a large deposit for the room key. Breakfast was not included and overpriced at that. You could hear everything from the hallway and the highway next to the building.

Always enjoyable place to stay. Is right by bts station meaning easy to get around. Easy to and from the airport. Is a big hotel, being so close to the main road is build in a way that the noise is non existent. I was very impressed, though I know rooms can vary. Breakfast was much improved now from previous visits. Worth staying a night or two if your in Bangkok

Great hotel with friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet as well with some dishes changing every day. On a personal note I wish that bacon would have been served all days.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for 10 nights and we plan to stay here on our next visit to Bangkok as well. The suite was spacious and clean, bathroom was nice. We had some unfortunate problems with the toilet but the staff were friendly and came to help us, even offered us to change suite but we didn´t feel the need to do so.

Can highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Bangkok for a while. Some good restaurants nearby and the W District was nice even though we didn´t stumble upon it until the end of our trip.

The room is big and clean. Staffs are nice too. However, bad experience for making my room and getting sleepers. On second day, I called and called, waited and waited…… I think communication problems between reception and housekeeping.

Good places. clean and near phra kanong BTS only 5 mins walk. near 711 or familymart
