Best gym in Dover. Large rooms, high ceilings. Loose weights, fixed weights, dumbbells, kettle bells, numerous cardio machines. Various classes including spin. Simon and Louise run the place and are popular and approachable. All people are made to feel welcome. Tailored personal training and free advice given if required

Amazing selection of machines, free weights and benches. Varied cardio equipment. Rooms for classes and a dedicated crossfit gym. Extremely cheap for the amount that's offered
