Worst worst worst experience!! I was helped by a white male who was around 30-40 years old in counter 9. He organized my files very quickly and asked me where is my train ticket. Then I realized my friend had my file and he was in another counter next to me so I told him just one sec I’ll go grab my train ticket very quick and the staff was like ” no, I’m completing your application” and he let me to fill a form about missing document. Then he asked me to go pay money first and then go outside to print my travel check. I asked him why couldn’t he just let me grab my file and print check for me like other counter staff do? He was very rude and impolite said “no” and even not looked at me. At this time, another male came and yelled to me twice “are you going to pay or you are withdrawing your application?” Then after I did all the things he asked me to do, i went print and handed in my missing documents to the staff worked there and asked him to make sure finding my other files and put them together. But when I back home, I received an email from French embassy about I cannot complete my application because of missing documents. I was so mad. It’s the worst experience I ever met in this city. And the person who worked for me is the top manager there so i cannot make a complaint to him. This is so insane and ridiculous. I paid the money to let them help me finishing my application but he was not being helpful at all. It costed my double money and time and thus, not complete my application. Worst worst experience, I’ll never apply visa in this place and won’t let all my friends go there! And I’ll have a video in my channel informing other people who planned to go there about this if they are not going to fix this.

Really unpleasant experience！！！
my friend and I went here at 15/11, we were both under 18 and prepared all documents we need as it was written on TLScontact center website. But only when we arrived did they told us we should be there with a guardian!! How can I bring you a guardian when my family is not in London!? Why can't you inform us on the website??? Friends around me who were also under 18 were able to apply the same documents! If you change your requirement recently, why can't you update your website?!

You should prepare your documents before you arrive, otherwise you’ll pay more and spend more time. If you prepare documents before you arrive the service is quick, the staff are friendly and helpful.

I was a little bit sad because I was late from 10am appointment due to the hard traffic. My advice is plan to come earlier rather then in time. Otherwise you need to rebook your appointment or use the premium service. I used the premium service for £28.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The lady talked a little bit fast so it was a little bit hard to understand.
The service was really quick. (As I used premium ☹️😂). I would say 5mins.
Overall, I would rate all the service 4star.

Professional service with what appear to be reasonable systems in place and courteous staff. On another day (when less people interested in a romantic a weekend in Paris) they'd probably earn a good 4⭐️ review.
However not on this occasion.
I expect my 9:30 appointment was booked to their maximum capacity as taking 2 hours of my day (excluding travel time) to drop off my perfectly compiled package (not one concern with my forms & other documents) was extremely frustrating!
Aggravated by the strictly enforced policy of ZERO electronic devices being allowed to help while away the time (yes, even Kindle / eReaders).
So, bring the book with you that you've been meaning to read (just make sure it's substantial, otherwise you may finish it before escaping the trauma)
