We rented a van for our vacation and were very concerned about comfort, room and luggage rack. The staff were very accommodating and helped us choose the best vehicle for our trip. We appreciated their patience with us. The driving part of the trip was great because of our Dodge Grand Caravan!

The attendant refused to help me over the phone because she was "too busy". Required me to go to her office instead of conveniently taking care of me over the phone.

The staff is always friendly and reliable. This is a very popular Avis, so it is always busy, but the staff has full knowledge of this and still tries to treat everyone with their undivided attention. When they are busy, you get forwarded to an annoying call center which is very impersonal, but the onsite staff make up for this in every way. I highly recommend renting from here. I do wish there Sunday hours were extended until at least 5 or 6pm, but then again they are human too and need a break during the week as well. Kudos Sheila the manager for running a great Avis!

This site is just blessed. I've been renting here for years. Loved Drew and his partner and now I always get excellent service from Sheila.
Way to go, Avis! To have this resource in our central Austin neighborhood has been a real bonus. We never have to worry when a sudden need arises, they have us covered and always work flexibly. I feel like my loyalty is rewarded. Rare these days.
