Clean room. Cute decor. Friendly staff. It's a comfortable place but there were some little things that could be better. For example the shower head in the shower was very awkward and not adjustable. So when it was on the water would shoot to the back and cause water to come out the gap between the glass and wall. Needless to say our bathroom floor got wet. There also wasn't a place to hang a hand towel in the bathroom. I'd stay there again because it's in a convenient location.

Beautiful hotel. Nice rooms, but not that big. service is a little rough. We had to request extra towels a few times before they actually cane. Overall, good hotel, though!

Stayed at Hotel Indigo for a wedding event and it was very nice- very personal feeling service. The lobby restaurant and bar (which was used for a post-reception party) had some pretty good food. The room was not especially spacious but nice nonetheless. Traffic was kinda bad in front of the hotel and getting in/out was not easy for our wedding shuttles but it wasn't too problematic. Overall it was a nice break from the sterility of chain hotels.

I do not recommend this place. I travel about 15 times a year for work and this is probably my worst experience with regard to services vs. pricing. I had booked a king corner suite and the room I was attributed was definitely not what I expected looking at the pictures from the website: very weird organization and utmost noisy. On top of this, the toilets in the room did not work properly. Last but not least, my reservation said 'full breakfast included', while in reality this only covers 1 drink + 1 entree ... Very very disappointing experience

I absolutely love the bi-level king suite. The hotel is super clean, chic and comfy. The huge bar on the main level makes it a great place to stay and/or entertain. The only con for me is not having ice or vending on every floor and the smallest ice buckets I've ever seen. The location is in close proximity to everything downtown and midtown. I would definitely stay here.
