I loved everything about this place. People were friendly and helpful. Great cleaning of my room and leaving me whatever I needed. I loved the piano player/singer. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Absoulety a great location for the Baltimore/Washington area! Great customer service from entire staff. Great bakery on site with a large selection of on-site made pastries! Roof top bar with great service and scenery! You will not want to miss an opportunity to stay at this location!

Lee was great! He helped me with the reservation process and I couldn't be happier. The room was spacious, clean, and very welcoming. I loved the view from our room overlooking the city skyline. You can't beat the price for what your getting. We will definitely be returning in the future!!!

I'd have given 5 stars if their non-valet parking were self-park, but one must hand off one's keys to a stranger. Sorry, but my twelve cylinder Audi is in perfect condition and no one else drives it. Result: Parked a couple blocks further (but it's cheap at $15/night). The hotel itself is very nice...firm mattress, nice decor and fixtures. Bakery on premises is a very nice touch. And all at a bargain price, especially for downtown. Weekend traffic was no problem.

This is a good hotel for business travelers, but not so much for families. There's no pool or sauna, but there is a workout room. The French restaurant and our banquet dinner were superb. It's downtown location is convenient to the Inner Harbor. The lighting in the rooms was not bright at all, using cool rather than warm lights. There was no place for toiletries in the bathroom, plus the sink perimeter slanted and everything slid into the sink.
