Salon recently closed without notice, but let me book an appointment a week prior for a massage. When I arrived I was made aware by the valet at The Ritz Carlton that the salon was closed and not expected to re-open. My husband bought gift certificates for me which means they have already received payment for the services that I won't get to receive. I tried contacting the owner of the business, by phone, email, Facebook, and Instagram. No one will respond to my messages. Just inconsiderate and unprofessional.

I had made an appointment as a repeat customer a couple of weeks in advance and received a reminder phone call to confirm the appointment on Wednesday of the week of my appointment. This was a special occasion and I had booked a full spa day as a gift for my partner. Our appointment was scheduled for Saturday. We showed up for the appointment on Saturday and learned from the valet that the spa had closed mid-week without informing any of their clients. They told me that people had been showing up since the spa closed down and none of us had received any notification that our appointments would not be honored. Apparently there had been some sort of change in management and they decided to close without notice. There was nobody at the spa and none of my phone calls were answered. If they're going to close down, the least they can do is inform people who have appointments, which they have already double-confirmed, to let us know not to drive an hour up to their business. Apparently someone had driven all the way up from Arlington the same morning. It's really a shame because the last time we came over here we loved it, but this failure is so egregious that I will find somewhere else to bring my business even after this place has reopened.

Great massages and facials! It cost more than some other salons in the area, but it's worth it!

I have been getting my eyelashes done with Emily for years now. Even my Ophthalmologist didn't know they were extensions! She is really the best. They are great about scheduling and the front desk is great too. The valet parking is easy. Nicole has also done my hair a few times, including doing a mix of tape-in and fusion extensions. She is truly phenomenal, as well. I love this salon.
