I had the opportunity to travel on one of KB Tour & Travel Buses this pass weekend. I was very disturbed on the condition of the Bus that was given. Crack windshield, poor upholstery, not clean, and most of all leakage. They provided a us a bus that was not travel ready. It had be banged up, crackup, luggage compartment doors half of the would not open. The all round service was very poor. The bus broke down on us 5 hours out from out destination of a 8 hour trip. When the driver call with concerns they did not take immediate actions in assisting the safety of the passengers on board. The unprofessional attitude they provided was not one that I would wish on any one. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on the service we received.
