Top of the World Observation Level

Not much to do once you're up here. Displays are outdated. Quarters required for binoculars (why pay for entry if I have to pay again for the binocular view?). Only nice part is the view and the memorial for those lost on 9/11.

Decent observation deck in the worlds tallest pentagonal building. A little pricey, look for coupons or days that it is discounted.

5 star view. Men downstairs selling tickets are very rude. I'm surprised they're allowed to be on the cellphone while on the clock. Women upstairs is awesome and made up for the behavior downstairs. I would say it's a must-see if in Baltimore.

Very cool place. Great views. Inexpensive and the woman at the gift shop was very friendly and helpful. It is a great thing to do.

If you are in the Baltimore inner harbor it's a nice thing to visit and see nice views of the harbor and more.
