The folks at car2go in Columbus resolved my previous issue. Somehow my registration had been routed to the Canadian office but the kind folks at the Columbus office were finally able to figure it out.

As for the service, it has helped me out in a pinch a couple of times. Sometimes it is slow to unlock but it has always worked for me. They are always around me in the Grandview area and are fun and easy to buzz around in.

Car2Go Columbus is truly awesome. I have been a member since they first came to Columbus, and while I only use them when I need a car, my every experience has been a real treat! The office staff are also amazing as they are friendly, and have a genuine interest that your rental experience is a pleasant one. They are also happy to answer any questions you may have. Another good thing about Car2go is, even if you own your own car, if your car is in the shop or out of service, Car2go is the "extra car" you need when you have to get somewhere. Best membership I've ever w!

They still have some glitches on the mobile app. you have to pay attention to your signal strength in certain areas. The workaround is to use the mobile app to reserve, but your car2go card to rent when at the vehicle. Starting rentals from the app always lock up on me. And then I have to call to restart the process. But I have noticed it doesn't happen at all in the downtown/OSU areas.

Car2Go in Columbus no longer allows members to fuel the cars. But, the website doesn't warn you and the car still offers that as an option?!
