Closed now. Could have been great but hired staff was young, inexperienced, and didn't care. Even if it cost $5 I would rather pay $10 to get better service and clean restrooms

Overall we had a great experience at this theater. Parking was easy and the cost was $2.00 (assuming you get your ticket validated at the theater). Seats were comfortable. Food was better than I expected, maybe a bit pricey. Service was pretty good as well. To be picky, I wish that our drink order had arrived much sooner. It came out right before our food. Bathrooms could have been cleaner as well. We ordered our tickets online, and reserved our seats (which I really liked!). Next day we were sent a survey wanting to know if we were happy. Seems like they are really trying to make this a great experience for folks! Overall, my family was quite pleased!

Don't waste your time here! We attended a movie there this past week. We ordered popcorn and three sodas. We were served oily, cold, odd tasting popcorn. When I told them it was bad and asked for fresh, we were not served any until I inquired about it again. I was then told that they had no normal oil for popcorn and that was the reason it tasted gross. Additionally, we were not served our sodas. After inquiring multiple times, I was told they had no Sierra Mist or Pepsi. We were given options for replacements. My daughters received these over halfway through the movie, and I finally received mine 15 minutes before the movie was over. I was told I would not be charged and did not received a bill to sign, although they require your card to be scanned at the beginning. I now see I was charged fully for everything. Do not waste your time on this place. Besides the food issues. The servers are extremely disruptive throughout the movie. I've been to many other dine in theaters and not encountered this type of issue.

The seats are comfy and the theater is nice but it's a little distracting to have the wait staff buzzing around the theater during the film. The food wasn't fantastic and they messed several things up on my fiance's order. Make sure to get your parking ticket validated before you leave. Especially when there are events going on around the area. It will save you a bundle. The best perk on this location is the ability to order your tickets online and reserve your seats. You pay a small premium for this but it's well worth it to make sure you get good seats.

Visited 10/28. Ticketing and lobby area workers were great. Once in seats, service dramatically declined. Ordered a large popcorn and two waters. Not only did that order taker forever to come but the server was chewing gum like a cow with her mouth wide open. We thought sure she may have contaminated the order. We decided to rough it and eat the popcorn. We ordered a refill and it NEVER came - even after using the help light. Seriously, how hard is it to take an order and fill it? It would be one thing if the darkness threw you but to never bring an order is ludicrous. And bone up on the hygienic manners.
