I LOVE LOVE LOVE getting my nails done here. This is the only place I consistently get my nails done!! My nail tech is Heather B is my gir! She listens to what you WANT and to me besides having the skill is the best quality to have in a manicurist!!

I just left that place 5 minutes ago and I would first like to start off with saying how rude the nail technician was. She was mean about everything for absolutely no reason shoving all her equipment around. She had to redo a nail for shoving the gel nail light while my hand was STILL IN IT. Also my nails turned out to be terrible. I got gel French tips and my hands look like they belong on two different bodies.when I asked her to redo a tip she told me I couldn’t see them right and rolled her eyes and just pretended to fix them. After repeatedly doing this I gave up and let her finish and left. Nothing about this salon was worth it I don’t even know why I tipped or why I gave them 1 star.

First time getting a pedicure! Heather BEE was Amazing! Such a fun, kind person who is just great at doing nails and excels at customer service and connection! I got a mani pedi and my eyebrows waxed, and it was all great services for a great price. Loved it - so glad I went here.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The worst service I have ever experienced from a nail salon quite honestly. Paid over 100$ for eyelash extensions that I was told would last 6 weeks and they came off LITERALLY 2-3 days after me getting them and then they refused to re-do them or even fix them up unless I paid again. Acrylic nail set & pedicure was terrible as well. Neither of these services were properly done. Will NEVER go back. Do NOT waste your money. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I live 1 block away from this Salon and I will never go back. This is the dirtiest salon I have ever visited! I arrived at 4pm on Sunday, an hour before close. The fish tank is the first thing I noticed- you could not see through it! The water was brown and smelled. The floor was filthy! It was covered in nail clippings, fake nails, and dirt. Everything was covered in dust, and everything you touched was grimy. The window sills had half empty water bottles hiding behind the shades. The sink area was soiled . This was not just an end of day mess - this was an accumulation of days, or weeks, of nasty!
I was the only client in the salon. Other than the technician doing my nails there were 2 other staff members, and what seemed like their boyfriends, hanging around the salon. They were walking in and out from the back door constantly and not really doing anything. There is clearly no level of respect for their work place since no one was cleaning up. All they did was gather the trash, but half the trash was on the floor, so I don't know why they were collecting the trash bins.
Once the salon closed at 5 the other workers peaced out real fast. If the tech working on my nails was suppose to clean up everything she had a couple hours of work a head of her.
My tech, Kim, did a great job. The last few months I have used the gel dip powder, and Kim has done the best job of all the different salons I've visited. But, I'll never go back. Even though I'm a block away this salon is just too filthy!
