The food was almost perfect, they took the extra minute to put the burgers together, the staff was very upbeat and happy, they could have kept the tables cleaner, they were not over run with customers at the time.

Messed up the order multiple times, the place wasn't even busy. Took a long time for someone to take the order. Flies were everywhere in the lobby. One worker pulled out a napkin and picked her nose with it, put it back into her pocket and went on without washing her hands. That's something that should be taken care of in the bathroom, not where people are eating. Some employees honestly look like they haven't showered in days.

Never had a bad experience yet. Order comes out fast and is always correct, even in drive thru.

Wish I could give zero stars. My boyfriend and I came here after work to enjoy a meal in the lobby ( it's 6:30 pm at this point) we walk up to the doors and there's a sign that says the lobby is closed, however there's about 4 groups of people inside the lobby eating. We walk up to the door and pull the handle, an employee shakes his head at us and points to the drive thru; which we would have happily gone through had we not seen a couple walk up after us with a baby and are let into the store. So I'm not sure what kind of membership B.S is going on here but whatever.

Was unable to order milkshake due to machine not in order. Lobby was dirty and there also was also not tea. Order was correct and customer service representative was polite. Food was well made.
