I did a tour of the facility, and it is very comprehensive. It is nicely laid out and includes everything that most people would want in a gym.

If your a Boeing employee, you can go for free if you go at least 8 times a month, which isnt hard to do!

Great place to workout. Especially if you visit 8 times a month, because it's free. The TRX and yoga class with Jane is recommended.
