This place was fantastic, the service here was a blessing and very professional and the rooms were impeccable. The outlet manager PS'YCHE' ANDERSON, was very helpful and very professional. My church Helping Hands Ministry look forward to returning.

Large spacious rooms comfortable beds across the street from the convention center and minutes from many bars and restaurants.
Update: 10/26/17 just wanted to add an update as I was at this hotel again this past week. The staff is excellent. In particular Ashley at the front desk. There was an issue with an incorrect time set up for return transportation to the airport the next day for me by my company when I checked in so I figured I would call them to double check but later in the day however no sooner had I reached my room than the phone was ringing it was Ashley from the front desk with an updated time who had made the phone call for me!

Hotel is nice, staff is nice, and the restaurant is great. Except, I have to be up at 6am and had to call the front desk at midnight because it sounded like a party was going on in the hall. 20 minutes pass, still loud guests. Call again, and I get no answer. I have to work for 8 hours in the morning, plus take a 5 hour flight home. Not happy...

Nice place. We were in town over night with friends. We got a nice 11th floor view, our friends got a crappy 3rd floor view of an air conditioner... the place was bustling so they didn't bother asking for a room change.

Front desk staff was quick and very friendly. They noticed that our rooms were on a first responder discounted rate and were quick to also give us free parking for our stay. That was kind and much appreciated.

Room was nice, clean and stocked with sundries. Kind bed was very comfortable with very nice linens.

Bar staff in the lounge were great too. Had a lot of laughs with them during happy hour.

This is a very lovely place. Close to downtown and bars and restaurants. They have shuttles to take you places till 11pm . The room was great. We enjoyed the big comfy bed. Great view . Water Gardens across the street. Very romantic. The service here was so awesome. Ashely at desk services went out of her way to give us a great experience. We came back here for our 14yr anniversary. She made it memorable. . The only reason I am giving 4stars instead of 5 . Because there was no ports for you to plug in cell phones. Nor any to purchase at desk nor store being open later or all night. Other than that we will be coming back . Thanks Ashley for a great night.
