Inconsistent messaging on pickup and drop off from my hotel near airport. I could get a pick up there but later was told I could not be dropped off there because it was airport property. Ultimately regardless of allowed pickup and drop off there is not enough staff to provide this service in early morning before 10 or afternoon after 2.
The first vehicle offered had worn tires which I requested be checked. They were worn below the safe level and I was given a different vehicle with newer tires.
Returning vehicle was easy. All staff were friendly and worked to be efficient.
2 star reduction in scoring due to pickup/ return service and inconsistent messaging and offering me a car with unsafe tires.

We recently took a trip on the California Zephyr to Grand Junction and had reserved a car with Enterprise so we could drive to Montrose for a couple of days to visit family. When we arrived at the train station, although Enterprise had offered to pick us up, we chose to walk the three blocks to the store. When we got there, the staff very quickly took us through the paperwork and had our car ready to go in minutes. It was clean, full of fuel and in excellent shape. We were on our way in about 15 minutes.
I give the Grand Junction Enterprise 5 stars in every category. In fact, I've never had a bad experience with any Enterprise franchise throughout the country and will always choose them first.

Service, car and people were amazing! Had gotten the rental through an insurance claim. I had never done had to get a rental through insurance before, but Enterprise made it so easy! They called me to let me know my reservation had been made, were very helpful on the phone and in person, and were ready by my appointment time. Fast service and nice associates!

I won't use any other Company! Lowest prices in town. I have used them numerous times last year, then needed to use them again for a month while my car was in the shop. They followed through with the insurance stipulations, making the process much easier for me. If I'm planning a trip out of town, I still won't use any company other then enterprise. Very satisfied with their service, never had any problems with their vehicles either.

The representatives are amazing. Our train was over two hours late and
the manager kept in contact with us for several hours keeping track of our progress to determine how best to handle our late arrival. He stayed open and met us right at the train station and processed all 6 of us separate parties within 5 to 10 minutes total time! I would recommend them hands down. I had several conversations with Jose and Allison and they are surely the best. They made sure that I had the perfect car for my adventures with my grandsons and they exceeded my expectations. They did not try to sell me anything extra and they gave me the deal that I had been quoted upon reserving the car. When the windshield cracked due to extreme heat in Moab, everyone was so accommodating and understanding. Hands down, you cannot go wrong with this company and staff.
