Quality of food is very hit or miss. It's a high chance of being wrong. I'd say 40/60. We've waited in the parking lot 3 times after they parked us then forgot about us. We had to go in and ask for our food they said they'd bring us. Twice it was wrong.

The ice cream is always on Point and amazing!

The staff are friendly and the store is acceptable clean... but every time I visit this location my order is either forgotten or items are missing. This has happened the last 3 or 4 times I have visited. Maybe they just need to step it up a bit with in-store communication.

Ice cream is fine, but if you order food, expect long waits and the wrong order!! Everytime we go they mess up our food orders!

DO NOT ORDER A CAKE FROM HERE !!!! If I was the District Manager for this store I would be doing a clean up of employees and managers. I have ordered two Birthday Cakes from this location and was highly disappointed. The cake decorator or lack of did not even put my son's name on the cake or Happy Birthday per instructions. Not to mention the football field that we wanted looked like a two year old made it . It is very disappointing to pick up a cake right before a Birthday Party and it looks awful and you have to take it anyways. This Dairy Queen has horrible management and uneducated employees. So much for customer service !

Standard dairy Queen with nice employees! Dairy Queen as a company aren't amazing but they aren't bad either. It's definitely a good way to beat the heat though!
