Dr Retallick and his assistant were both not only compassionate but professional... I would not only go back if needed, but recommend then highly to anyone needing to see an endodontist.. This coming from someone with severe anxiety related to the dentist..

There comes the day that your dentist recommends a root canal. If you are comfortable with what your dentist says and you head to Dr. Retallick and DON'T have any other questions, and you don't want the doc/staff to follow-up with you after this major procedure, and you don't expect to be treated with care and concern - then this is your place to go. If you do have questions, then expect to get answers with contempt and disdain (like you shouldn't be questioning the "doc"). If you have friends drive you (send them somewhere else to hang-out), since the front desk will talk to you like you are a disease. If you are experiencing pain/discomfort - do NOT expect a call for them to check up on you. This place has provided the worse dental experience in 46 years. Highly suggest you shop around for another endodontist - even if you have to drive a ways.

I had an emergency situation - had gotten a deep filling the day before - the nerve got damaged and I was in a lot of pain - Dr Retallick got me in within 3 hours and I was so scared heard nightmare stories about root canals - the only uncomfortable part was the injections - the numbness has all worn off now and other than the soreness from having injections to have the tooth filled yesterday and then today injections for the root canal I have no pain - he did a wonderful job and I am going to recommend him to everyone!!
