I came in 2 years ago, with my sister for eyebrow waxing, and that was a terrible experience, I thought maybe after 2 years they'd have better service and more knowledgeable staff. I was wrong.

When I went in for a haircut I had a terrible lightening job from from somewhere else and I decided to cut my losses and start fresh with a cute pixie cut. I showed the stylist a picture and told him what I wanted : same length all around like Audrey Hepburn style. What he gave me was an old lady short hair cut, where it's long on top and shorter on the sides. He left me uneven at the nape of my neck ( which I couldn't see until my husband told me). The long top style is kind of trendy so I paid and I left thinking to myself "maybe I didn't explain myself correctly."

I went back for a trim told him again, "same length all the way around and fade the back to blend." What he gave me was a little boys haircut. AND IT'S STILL NOT THE SAME LENGTH ALL THE WAY AROUND. The top is long, and my sides are basically buzzed. I wasn't going to leave a review but my friend has a similar experience where the guy just does whatever he wants to your hair, or has no knowledge of how to do what you ask.
