Every time I go I expect a different outcome seeming as we don't have many choices in Marshall Texas. However, it's always the same. Lousy crew, management,and cooks. Takeout order with no utensils, napkins, or a "have a good night." They expect you to leave a tip, but how can you when service sucks so bad. I just would like to go one time and not complain about the service or the food. Awhile back Applebee's was a really awesome place; now I just don't know......

Waited a long time to be seated, then the hostess attempted to seat another party that clearly walked in after us. Took a long time to take drink & app order. Entree sides came out 10-15 mins after main entree arrived. Waitress did give us free drinks, but then again...alot of waiters/waitresses do that.

Great service! Seemed to be clean and the food was actually good at this location unlike others I have been to. Will definitely revisit in the near future.

Last week we came for just soup and were disappointed. The bowl was warm and the soup was cold. It was fine after sending it back to be reheated. However my tortillas were melted and I had to ask for more. I guess the cook just had a bad night.
Tonight we came back and they redeemed themselves. The food was great. It came fast and timely.
Our waitress Ashanti was great. Ask for her when you come here.
The music is great too. Just the right volume and excellent selections! Not to mention the karaoke part. Great night. Not to mention that it's my birthday today also. Thanks to my sister for a nice night out.
