Picked out two bed frames, a table and 2 side tables, and 3 pictures. Couldn't find anyone to help us, they were busy discussing their plans for the evening at the checkout counter. We walked up there, no one even looked at us or acknowledged us so we walked out leaving about $9200 in the store. Hope their planning for the evening was able to make up that kind of money for this place.

I don't understand the negative reviews at all!

This is a great store and a great addition to the Boise area. They have a nice gift selection as well as larger ticket items....absolutely beautiful on trend furniture and to die for accessories.

Their staff has always been extremely helpful and pleasant with indecisive me. I have never felt pushed or ignored. They have always listened to what I was looking for and made every effort to make helpful suggestions.

I started with the purchase of a sofa and that went so smoothly that we came back for a matching chair and some art for the wall. Did I mention they have fabulous art? They have fabulous art!

Can't wait to go back!

We love the furniture and decor, but the customer service is horrible. The staff is rude, abrupt and snippy.

Really I can't buy an item because it's your "display model". Thanks for ruining the perfect anniversary gift. If you really have that silly rule shouldn't you always have 1 in the back. Most people walk into a store to buy something if I wanted to wait a week I'd have ordered it online. Poor business decision and customer service.
