I was in town for 3 days and the staff here was one of the nicest I've ever dealt with! I was in and out several times a day and they were very helpful with any questions I had about the area or anything else.

The room itself was awesome! Everything had a very modern touch to it. The beds were perfect for me, not too firm, not too soft, just right. The bathroom was really cool as well. The shower is huge and very fancy.

The location is outstanding. Very near to tons of great places to eat and entertaining things to do. I never waited more than 5 min for an Uber as it's a very popular part of the city.

Overall, everything about this place was perfect for any length of stay. I will probably be coming back to the area in a few months and will definitely be staying here again!

The hotel is very nice and seems to be pretty new construction. Staff has been pretty​ friendly but I haven't needed them too much. Parking is pretty much valet only, so be aware. My room is very spacious and comfortable but my only complaint is the bathroom layout. It's big but not convenient at all. The towel holder is by the toilet not the sink. The shower is big but a little chilly/breezy because it's so open. The shower head is also pretty small. It's a rain shower type head but only a small square about 3in. This might just be the room I was in, hopefully the others are designed a little better.

Ciara at the front desk was wonderful!! She helped check my bag in while I was away for the day and scheduled shuttle rides. Great hotel and location- would recommend to all!

Very friendly staff, comfy beds and very clean. Great shuttle. Accommodating. Oh. and the free coookies aren't bad! Look forward to staying again when we visit daughter at University of Minnesota, which is literally directly across the street.

Recently I was at the DoubleTree on two occasions. The first for a lunch and the second for a dinner theater murder mystery. BOTH times I was met with exceptional service, friendly faces, and delicious food. Stepping out of your car for valet service starts the encounter off on the right foot, and then leaving with a warm chocolate chip cookie ends it perfectly. Thank you thank you to the entire staff, Anna, Ashley, Steve, Kelleen, Stephanie, Hugo, Eric, and everyone else who kept the wine flowing, our plates full and my experience top notch!
