Wow. I thought I had written a review before. But I am happy to do it again. It was my birthday last spring. I had sort of done something with my hair before leaving home but after a two hour drive, walking around town shopping and so on my hair longer was fit for dinner and the theater. I was a walk in and warmly received! I was treated like a princess! And felt like one when I left! They helped make the weekend very memorable! Thanks ladies!

I was just walking by looking for a good salon to go to downtown to take care of my hair over a break during my work week. After stopping in at a different salon and finding their prices to be a little ridiculous, I stopped in to City. Sara was sitting at the desk and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was not expecting to find an availability on such short notice but as it happened she had time to save me from a bad hair day! Thank god I found a superhero in the skyway. I felt like a million bucks and got compliments all day long! I set up my next appointment before I left. Little did I know several women at the office go to City. A little skyway gem!

Katrina is the best! I've been going to Katrina well over 10 years and its my longest most successful relationship. The few times I've tried to look for something more convenient has been met with disappointment as Katrina is the very best. An hour drive every 8 weeks or so is time well spent! She is an artist and has a great eye for details and consistency. Often sharing what she knows and has learned. The entire team that works there is always kind and warm. Katrina is fantastic with color, cuts, facials, make-up, massage, tips and tricks. The best!

It's a shame that I don't see any reviews about massages. As a regular to massage, when my muscles went to aching, I went to calling. Always looking for a great massage in a little time, I looked to Lindsay at City Hairstylists for a chair massage. A mixture of relaxation and muscle work released the tension in my shoulders so that I could get back to work quickly and effectively. The comfort of having the chair set up in the massage room quieted downtown (mostly - impossible for complete). It allowed a more relaxed environment for the experience. Quick (30 min). Effective. Caring. Awesome!!

Terrific service, never have to wait, which is good for me since I work downtown and seem to always be in a hurry. Professional, courteous, attractive and fun staff.
