We finally got a car after I called about 6 different phone numbers one guy told,me at the end of witts that there was only one actual branch and gave me there address and number. It was a total mess and 1.5 hrs from my hotel. The car was small but what I needed and VERY clean. That was the best part of the entire thing

Very good experience, hit a snag, but got treated fairly and with professionalism, tact, and good humor. Highly recommend!!!

I personally had a wonderful experience with this particular hertz. The schillinger road was awful and unorganized. They sent me to this one to fix their screw up. Jake was extremely nice, they had alot of cars come in. He gave me a free upgrade and apoligized for my aggrivation, he then made it a smooth transition from there was treated wonderful great customer service.
