The worst agency I never dealt relating to auto insurance. This agency does not contact the customers whenever a change has been made on their policy. They do not have any information about the customers information, nor does their customer service 800 number. They do not give prior notice whenever their business is closed for some unknown reason. You can never get in touch will Barry Sides to report any poor customer service his employees provides.
