Service was much better. They use to have this rude ass woman there who claimed to be the training waitress. She never refilled a drink or even checked on us. This time however the young lady kept our drinks full and the food coming. She kept an eye on us very well service was excellent.

Mediocre food and service on a slow night out of season. Long Island iced tea was good but expensive. Fajitas are overpriced.

Chili's super busy like always. The staff a little over worked. Good service even though worker's where under staffed.

Great service and great food. Very relaxed. Very natural, spontaneous, service. Great food and enough that I had to bring over half home. Glad I suggested it. (Thanks to our waitress...wish I had noticed your name. I think my date tipped you well.)

Very lovely afternoon in Naples. Hot outside but cool and comfortable in Chili's.
We were greeted, seated and served without delay. Megan our server greeted us and brought our food hot. It was nice to know she has goals to finalize her education to be a pharmacist. She was excellent and allowed me to have her ink pen to finish writing the two graduate cards after lunching. We will return with friends.
