Great one-way price from Naples Airport to Fort Myers airport. Person on the phone who did the booking was very polite and helpful.

Our flight arrived 30 minutes early - fantastic! Not. That and more was consumed with our wait at the counter for the rental car. There were three agents working. One was busy with a single customer when we arrived. We could hear the agent fielding questions about beaches and exactly how to get there with extremely detailed directions. On and on. Finally when we were able to get to the counter, our agent (a different one) refused to give us even 30 seconds to explain how to get to our hotel, claiming "others are waiting." Then we went outside to find our car. There were none in the lot to match the size we rented. Thankfully an outside attendant came over and told us we could upgrade to the next size. This attendant is the reason the is a 2 star review rather than 1.
