My friend recommended me this place. I went a first time to check it out. The girl at the front desk was awesome, she showed me around and suggested me to come back again and do a free trial. I was happy and signed up online for that.
They called and told me to see them at 8:30 am in the morning. When I arrived the receptionist told me that nobody will be there until 10 am. She told me to go and work out. My first time in a gym. I have no idea how to use the machines. No words can express my disappointment. Joseph Loftus, that later I learned he was a manager, treat me like he didn't care. His attitude was rude and mostly he ignored me. I guess if you know everything about a gym and you don't have to deal with the staff you are ok. It's not my case. I will not recommend anybody to go there. If you appreciate good customer service this is not a place for you.

Alright gym but if you plan on canceling at any time good luck ! Be careful with what you sign and what cards you put on file!#scammers

1990s equipment that looks 30 years old. The cardio machines do not even have any video screens for TV. The cardio area has a couple of televisions nailed to the wall. That's as good as it gets. The weight lifting machines are equally old. These are relics. The gym keeps bank hours. It closes very early every day. LA Fitness seems determined to neglect this gym until nobody ever goes. LA Fitness wants to close it down.

I was a member last year and came back. Its the closest gym to my home. The machines are older and not organized but there are plenty of them so you don't have to wait. The tread mills are older but work ok. The TVs in front of them don't give decent sound quality through ear buds. That needs to be improved. The equipment is cleaner this year than last but they need to install sanitary wipes to keep users actively involved in the process. Sauna is a bit small but they have one. Showers could be kept cleaner but not bad. Staff is friendly and when I joined I was called the first week for a personal training session.
