It is a beautiful old hotel. A little bit run down but most hotels are. The service was excellent and we had no issues at all. Wonderful view of the falls from our windows.

We went for dinner at The Rainbow Room inside the Crowne Plaza and had a great evening! The view of the falls was spectacular and the food was great! I would definitely recommend the restaurant if you're looking for a nice place to have a bit more of an upscale meal.

Rooms are clean. Services are good. Location is perfect. It is just in front of Niagara falls. However, the bathroom is quiet small(at least in my room). They charge you extra 15$ for some additional services (wifi, some beer tasting etc), no matter if you use them or not.

Very Large Balcony with a Perfect View of both the Canadian and American Falls from the Balcony. We were there on a Tuesday night in August 2017 and had a Great view of the Beautiful Fireworks over the Canadian Falls! Within a short walk of the Sky Wheel and the main street with all of the Attractions and restaurants. Prepaid for our reservation before arriving and found that there was an extra charge for parking and a resort fee that we weren't expecting. Nice Historical Hotel with a small, clean room and bathroom. Would definitely go back again.

I really enjoyed my time at Niagara Falls altogether. The hotel's room was rather cramped, with two tables and a couch taking up room that my bags could have used much more than a couch (why is there a couch in a small hotel room without a view?). However, the service and staff were pleasant and nice. The hotel was a half hour walk from the Canadian falls, and are viewable from across the street. Location wise, this hotel is great if you're trying not to break the bank but stay close to the falls. Good hotel for a very serene and pretty sightseeing trip.
